Well, October has been quite a month for so many reasons and I can’t wait to tell you all about it!
A whole bunch of different things in my life have changed over the past few weeks and whilst it’s been a little bit of a rocky road i’m hoping that it’s all worth it!
So, at the beginning of the month I set myself 5 targets on twitter;
I’ve absolutely smashed goals 1, 2, and 3! My followers on Twitter have increased in the hundreds and I now have over 1000 twitter followers! Thank you guys so much! I also have over 70 followers on my blog too which is amazing! Thank you so much! If you regularly read my blog but haven’t followed/subscribed make sure you do! And I boshed out 5 posts early to makes sure I met the target, I also boshed them out cause I had content that I really liked which is ALWAYS helpful!
I wasn’t quite so successful with goals 4&5 but that’s okay, it’s been busy and I took time for myself instead of staying up late to do those things, which I don’t regret In the slightest!
As well as my blog being a huge success this month I’ve also had a few wins in my ‘real’ life! (The one where I have to behave like an adult most of the time)
I’ve had more days off work this month and I’ve had such a great time spending it with some awesome people! I’ve had a monkey around in the gym with Jack and Katy and I’ve also played golf (blog post coming soon) with Jack and Richard! It’s been so much fun and I can’t wait to tell you all about it!
Big news as well!! I got myself a new job that’s better pay and sorry for swearing but generally less shit! I don’t have to deal with customers kicking off and blaming me for things I have no control over, I don’t have to deal with being bored and I don’t have to work 9-5 anymore! It’s a lot more physical and now i’m actually earning my wages rather than just getting them, but so far I’m really enjoying it!
That being said, the transition from one job to the other wasn’t really a smooth one. My previous employer wasn’t best please that I was leaving. In my defence though, I was being made redundant at Christmas with no redundancy package, so it’s no surprise that’s I’ve jumped ship early!
I’ve settled in to my new job pretty well, and I’m really enjoying it! Who knows where it’ll take me?!
I thinks that’s pretty much it for October on my part!
Check out my November goals below and help a gal out would you? If you read my blog often why not subscribe so you never miss a post! All you need is an email address!
What’s been going on in your life during October??
Tell me all about it in the comments!!
Sometimes you just need a little change, and although it may be daunting to start with, there’ll always be someone to help you on your way! Don’t be afraid to make a change, it’s the best thing I’ve done this month
